I DO NOT RECOMMEND this dealer to work on your car. They break things and then try to say it was already broken and will cost you 131.00 to fix it. These people in the service deparment have no idea what they are doing and they think zip tieing something is gonna fix the problem. BE AWARE!!!!!!!!!! They will hire anyone to work in service department. and there customer service is horrible and will hang up on you. I dont see how these places can get away with breaking something and then blaming you. Im sorry dude but our car did not look like that when we brought it to you........ BE VERY AWARE!!!!
No call Saturday, so I called @ 3 to find out they closed @ 1 & not open again till Monday. Call back Monday morning & informed me they would have to check status & call me back. They call me back after noon & inform me it's ready @ $154.25. & Diagnosis was NEVER DONE! I crawl under my truck locating the "parts that are needing Replaced" (oil sensor) & to NO SURPRISE (as I originally thought the noise was) my whole rack & pinion, pump, & to knuckcle on shaft leading to steering wheel is wet. So there is DEFINITELY SOMETHING WRONG there! Then the idler & tensioner pulley setup aswell as serpentine belt (everything I read said if 1 of those pulleys are gone would be wise to change the belt also) I ordered & tried to have installed..... there is NOTHING wrong with mine & I should return the parts. So I spend more $ on shipping?
James Page is Awesome...
I'm NO MECHANIC so I put them in pause a few hours to do some research on cost of parts. I could & did get ALL parts listed for under $200. I informed him (Shawn) to ONLY change the fan which was delivered Sat morning & diagnosis was supposedly already done. When I asked about the check engine light (which has been on 5 years) he said it was just the oil sensor (which just started acting up).
SHAWN or SEAN however he spells it is a JOKE! This is a HOLE IN THE WALL dealership. I wouldn't RECOMMEND to ANYONE. In fact stay away from dodge suspension if you plan on "using" it for anything off pavement.
Went in on a Fri. for, replace plastic radiator fan chipped up (off balance), no oil pressure, a power steering groan, & a squeak while moving in reverse, check engine light.
Was not impressed with the service dept. At all.
Nice folks
They said oil pressure sensor is out & front pass CV axle was the squeak & it needs replaced, & the groan is NOT power steering it's the idler & tensioner pulley. Shawn (head mech) said would be (NOT INCLUDING FAN) $700+ & would be done by tomorrow.
