Recently went to your store with my 3 children, and had a wonderful experience! The man that took our order was a manager I think, but he took time with my kids and was very patient even though they changed their minds several times. He also told me about Braums sauce and it is wonderful I have eaten at Braums many times because there is one in the town where I live and HAVE NEVER HEARD about it!!! I was very impressed with the store and the whole experience, wish my Braums was like that one!
The General manager is worthless. The sooner he's replaced, the sooner this store will see it's true potential.
