Very nice room. Shower was great. Bed was really comfortable. Food and coffee was great. Charged to much for the dog but can't have everything.
BUT...
Beds were amazing. Pillows are great. Best nights sleep in a long time. Breakfast was good too. Bi hot tub but that's o.k.
Hotel was pretty and clean on the inside. Breakfast was nice. Pool was lovely.
Check in time was at 2pm. Housekeeping was still cleaning our room until 2:30pm. Hotel lobby restrooms were all out of order. We sat by the pool to wait. Once we were able to get our luggage into our room the kids wanted to swim right away so we headed for the pool. When we returned from the pool there was a towel hanging from our doorknob. Which I felt was creepy. When i questioned staff they stated it was bc we were shorted a towel. Checkout time is at 11am. We asked for a later checkout time and that was agreed upon. As we were packing to leave my kids kept hearing voices outside our room so they looked out our window into the hall and the housekeepers and other staff were all waiting outside our door for us to leave. And the front desk receptionist walked by twice as we were loading our broken luggage cart. Keep in mind we may have been 1 of 3 family's occupying rooms in the entire hotel.While checking out I questioned the receptionist at the front desk about their reasoning for everyone standing outside our room and he tried to ask who was standing outside our room. I simply told him that he knew exactly who was because he walked by twice. I also told him that we would not be returning to stay there again. He didn't seem to care either way. It was the most awkward hotel experience that my children and I have ever experienced.
Very clean, modern rooms with comfortable beds & cozy linens. All 3 people in our party were completely satisfied with our stay here. The front desk happily accommodated our special needs and the rates were reasonable. This hotel is a great example for what a hotel should be.
Best Days Inn ever and the staff was excellent. This is definitely not your typical Days Inn and this store should be your example for all the rest. The person at the front desk went above and beyond and made our stay amazing I believe her name was Kelly.
